Shopping with the guys

Dagens outfit? xD
(cake and flower hats from IKEA)
Today:
  1. Shopping at Barkarby
  2. Eating at IKEA (icecream five rounds?)
  3. Met Vienna people
  4. Went home, forgot plastic bag of stuff shopped in train station (fail)
  5. Went back after plastic bag
  6. Got it back! :D
I have no idea how I could have forgotten the things I shopped there. Seriously, such a big bag I had, amazing how I forgot them. Ah well, at least I got them back.

Today, my sister and I went shopping with Criss, Rambo, Kevin and Mick-mick at Barkarby Handelsplats. There, I realised the difference between shopping with my guy-friends and girl-friends. Well, first of all, the conversations were interesting. Never have I ever spoken about "fail" people before. Haha, but yes it was funny. I would share some of the interesting things we talked about here but the thing is, it's best if I don't. Really. Anyway, another thing noticed would be of course our interests. Firstly, Kevin and Criss would be the ones rushing to a comfortable chair, whereas the rest of us check out the stuff. My sister and I would go to the shoe stores, whereas the guys would go to shirts (skjortor). Oh yes, differences.

Nah, but it's the differences that make something great. Wouldn't it be boring to go around with people exactly like oneself and not get any new interesting insights? What's the point of doing something and not benefit from it, in the way that that environment is exactly like the one you're used to. I don't know with you all but I would find that utterly boring. It's like watching the same reruns over and over again. Nothing new.

Difference is one of the main ingredients of extraordinary things. This is because what one has complements what is missing in the other. This I imply of course in relationships. However this statement doesn't say so much though, since everyone's different and unique. Then is this enough to conclude that difference is the main ingredient to humanity?

On the other hand, our differences are also one of those things that create barriers and troubles for human kind too. Examples would be racism, discrimination and the like. The thing is though, those that do create these barriers, are those who fail to understand the beauty of variation, and that we all have originated from the same source. We all are human after all, or? If we spent more time embracing our differences and benefitting from them than creating all the hate, I bet there would be a lot more peace in the world. Of course, this can only happen in a perfect world which we sadly don't live in. Oh well.
